We have six values that guide us through our day in business decisions as well as in our personal lives. We seek out clients, partners and team members who align with this philosophy.
In 1978, Monica Little graduated as a designer from the Minneapolis College of Art and Design with big ambitions. But she was greeted by a failing economy and high unemployment. So, with two fellow grads and plenty of pluck, she formed what is today Little & Company. Her vision: Build a solid company with a love-what-you-do, do-what-you-love culture.

Who we are
We are inventive spirits known for our creativity and passion for problem solving; a values-based company that seeks like-minded partners with whom to develop strong, lasting alliances. We are strategists and relationship builders, designers and writers, artists and producers. We are collaborators bringing you access to the nations top external talent when needed. And we are satisfied with nothing less than excellence.
We believe that the strongest brands are developed from the inside out, beginning with a clearly defined internal culture. By its very nature, culture drives decision making, ultimately informing how your brand is experienced by others. We help clarify your organizations vision, mission and values, the foundation of culture, and use them alongside other brand strategy tools to drive powerful brand expressions.
