I have over 18 year experience defending people against various charges in both State and Federal courts. I have devoted my professional life to making the process easier for my clients and more difficult for the government. As we all know, the government has a lot of power, strength and resources.

Being charged with a crime is an emotional and stressful event. People often feel embarrassed and emotionally drained and feelings of shame are not uncommon. Because of that, I’ve made it a cornerstone of my practice to get to know the people who walk into my office and to find out about their lives and what brought them to the point of needing my help.

Doing so allows me the ability to use what I’ve learned to prepare a more effective and thorough defense. It also fosters a more personal environment for me and my clients and encourages open communication between us. Not only is my goal to get the best results for my clients but to know that I have gained their trust along the way.
