Mediation is a method of "alternative dispute resolution" that does not involve lawyers, courthouse visits, high fees, or long delays. Our trained mediators don't take sides and don't judge you; and they won't defend anyone's opinions or actions. They simply and effectively help you solve your own problem!

It's fast. Mediations usually can be scheduled shortly after your first contact with MCS. And many disagreements are settled during a two-hour mediation session.
It's affordable. Our fees are based on a sliding scale. So you pay what you can afford to pay. And because there are no court or legal fees, you could save hundreds or thousands of dollars.
It's convenient. Meetings are held when it works for everyone's schedules.
It's confidential. Only the people directly involved know what is said during mediation. And these discussions cannot be used as evidence in court, if that becomes necessary in the future.
