Here is a little information about me .......
I was one of the original three agents that started the RE/MAX branding in the greater Mankato area back in 1998. I LOVE RE/MAX ! It is becuase of that love for RE/MAX that I decided to open my own RE/MAX franchise in Mankato Sept 2007. Myself and 4 other agents now make up a new great team of real estate professionals. We are all experts in our field and thus came the name of my new company, called RE/MAX AREA EXPERTS !
My areas of specialization include representing Buyers and Sellers in Southern Minnesota. Specializing in Residential Property, Recreation/Vacation, Hobby Farms, Relocation and Foreclosures. Blue Earth, Nicollet and Waseca Counties are where I do the most of my business. From first time home buyers to wonderful lake properties, my service is the same. I am a proud "sports" mom!! I follow my children to all their sporting activites during the week and on weekends. My daughter is in Volleyball (school and Junior Olympic), Gymnastics, Track and Softball. My son is into Little League Traveling Baseball, Wrestling, and playing his gameboy. Computers, Playstation 2, and Yu-Gi-Oh are some of his favorites things to do in his past time along with playing with his remote controls!! My husband and I have been married for over 24 years, and have survived the loss of a child from SIDS (Sudden Infant Death Syndrome). I still play competitive volleyball myself and each year acknowledge that I am definitely one year older!!
We have built a home and have owned more than one at a time, so we understand some of what my clients go through with their sale or purchase. I still enjoy having some free time and giving to those in need. I have been involved with our Annual Childrens Miracle Network Golf Outing since the beginning and am proud to be part of the great team at RE/MAX that not only gives with their real estate knowledge, but gives to the community as well.
