Glad to have you join us! Walker is situated on the shores of beautiful Leech Lake in Northern Minnesotas vacation country. We welcome area and visiting readers to our used bookstore located on Minnesota Avenue, Walkers main street. Enjoy your time with us!

As a Paperback Exchange/Used Bookstore, we save avid readers enough money so they can also buy food! Our bookstore is clean and neat, with the books author-alphabetized in each section. Popular fiction, from mysteries and romances to science fiction, inspirational, literature, and adventure, continues to be the biggest draw. There are also non-fiction sections, including biographies, as well as a selected variety of hardbacks available for your reading pleasure.

Our used paperbacks are half off the original price, and with trade credits at 70% off. We accept paperbacks for credits only if they are in best-to-excellent condition. Link onto our Trade Credits and learn how to save on your purchases.

We are proud to promote a New Book Section for our many Area Authors, which includes an award-winning novel, as well as others receiving nominations. We also offer a selection of area-authored Local History books and Centennial editions.

In keeping with our Apple Bookstore theme, we also have apple and book gift items in our attractive wall pockets.
