We do

preventative care for kids and adults, restorative, reconstructive and cosmetic dentistry. Whether you're a current patient or seeking to become a new patient please feel free to contact us at any time with your questions or concerns. Our front office staff will be happy to help you with questions about financing your care or the scheduling of appointments.
We work with numerous dental insurance company providers and can file most insurance claims for you, we accept most major credit cards, HSA and Flexible spending account cards, personal checks and cash payments. For those without dental insurance or a benefit plan, who pay in full with cash or check on the day of service, we will provide a 5% savings discount on your services.

New Patients: To help ensure our staff has all the needed information to begin providing you the best possible care and to reduce your waiting time on the first visit, you may choose to complete the following forms before your first appointment: New Patient Information Form and Medical History Form. If we receive these forms before your first visit we can have a new patient chart ready and waiting for you upon arrival.
We are happy to mail or fax these forms upon your request and look forward to meeting and caring for you.
