My name is Robby Pollreis. I am a Certified Home Inspector and member of the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI). NACHI is the largest professional home inspection association with over 9,400 members worldwide. I perform inspections according to the NACHI Standards of Practice, which are the Nation's definitive standard for the home inspection industry. I operate Midsota Home Inspections, Inc. following the NACHI Code of Ethics. I have a State Electrician's License and am a former City Electrical Inspector. I have 20+ years experience in the construction industry. I received my home inspection diploma, hands-on training, and additional certifications from PROSOURCE. They are approved by the Minnesota Commisioner of Commerce and PROSOURCE schools are rated the best in the real estate industry. I also attend continuing education courses to keep updated on the latest home building technology.

I work only for you. I do not have any financial interest in the homes that I inspect. I will give you a completely unbiased consultation and written inspection report on the condition of the home. Often times, potential problems can be corrected inexpensively, if detected early. Remember, no home is perfect--even if it is brand new. Keep things in perspective. Be informed that sellers are under no obligation to repair problems detected in a home inspection report.
