Doboszenski & Sons, Inc. has grown rapidly since its inception more than 20 years ago from a family run organization started by Kenny Doboszenski and his wife Phyllis. The initial total asset base consisted of a skidsteer loader and a single-axle truck.
Soon, three of Kenny's sons (Doug, Tim, and Randy) joined the business and Doboszenski & Sons, Inc. was a reality. With about a dozen employees in 1991 the company has expanded to become a thriving general excavating business with more than 100 employees and a modern heavy equipment fleet with supporting services providing the capability to efficiently carry out virtually every earth-moving related activity.
