Twin Cities Pain Clinic (TCPC), formerly Pain Management and Rehabilitation (PMR), is an independent medical clinic dedicated to the nonsurgical treatment of spinal and musculoskeletal pain. Our range of services include: physical therapy, spinal interventions and medication management.
