The Wencl Services business market is 60% retrofit/service, 10% pure maintenance services and 30% new build. Specialized services include being able to completely retrofit and modify existing HVAC (Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning) systems while businesses operate. Techniques have been developed to prevent long down time intervals on HVAC systems. Wencl Services provides commercial and industrial design- build construction services and full service support for HVAC. Our in-house Engineering staff and Field Construction crews are trained in construction coordination to support smooth, trouble-free construction meeting the schedule, followed by reliable systems operation. A Wencl Services project requires no change orders, with single-source responsibility for ensuring correct design, coordination and operation, supplying the customer with complete, integrated systems. Service technicians draw from the knowledge of engineers and construction personnel as well as their own expertise to ensure top quality maintenance and repair. Wencl Services works to help develop economical solutions to building needs through engineering survey and analysis; negotiate favorable interpretations of building codes; and to utilize our combination of uniquely experienced staff to create the best possible solution to any challenge that we are presented, working to provide continuous service throughout project schedules, with emphasis on meeting deadlines by getting the job done right the first time.
