Fluegel Law Firm P.A., by concentrating its practice in the limited number of legal areas most often needed by individuals, families and small and medium size businesses, is able to provide our clients with a very high level of experience and knowledge in these legal areas. Also by maintaining relationships with firms practicing in other legal areas, we can refer our clients to others with assurance of a high level of legal competence being provided, to our clients, in those areas in which we do not practice.
Our clients are primarily from the Minneapolis-St. Paul area and include a large concentration of clients in the Counties of Dakota, Washington, Goodhue, Rice, Scott, Hennepin and Ramsey. The legal areas in which we concentrate our practice are as follows:

Estate & Trust Planning. Estate and trust planning is an on-going process requiring periodic attention to make sure that your goals, both during lifetime and at death, are carried out in an efficient manner. Our firm has extensive experience and knowledge in the estate and trust planning area and can work with you to develop your estate plan consistent with your goals and needs. Further, and unlike many firms, we have an active practice in the estate and trust administration area so we have experience and knowledge in carrying out the plan. This allows us to assist in your planning from a practical and experienced background, including reducing or eliminating--to the extent possible--estate and income taxes you might otherwise incur.

Estate, Trust, Guardianship, and Conservatorship Administration.
By administrating estates, trusts, guardianships and conservatorships planned by us, as well as those planned by others and "unplanned" matters, we have acquired extensive experience and knowledge in how best to meet the clients' needs not in only planning matters of this nature, but also in assisting in administration of these activities to carry out your wishes.

We have extensive professional, as well as personal experience in all types of real estate transactions dealing with residential, commercial, industrial, and agricultural properties, including purchase, sale, lease, development, and title correction procedures.

We routinely advise clients in various matters involving business, including the formation, management, sale and purchase of corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships, and we further have very extensive experience in dealing with municipalities.
