Since 1945, Automobile Service Company has been one of the largest independently owned auto and truck repair facility in the Twin Cities. We offer the most services for the widest variety of vehicles: cars, vans, light and medium duty trucks, busses and RVs. We service anything from routine scheduled maintenance, brakes and air conditioning service to engine diagnostic, electrical repair, steering and suspension to major component replacement such as engines, transmissions and drive train components. We also provide wheel alignment and frame repair or replacement service on all vehicles, including cars, trucks, trailers and oversized vehicles.

Automobile Service Company is divided into three departments:
Auto and Truck Repair Our ASE Certified technicians have over 20 years of experience and are fully trained and capable of maintaining and repairing all makes and models of cars and trucks on the road. We also service classic, custom and exotic vehicles.
Wheel Alignment - We perform wheel alignment service as well as steering and suspension repairs on any size vehicle. We are the only shop in the metro area that performs wheel alignments on small and large vehicles as well as classic, custom and exotic cars and trucks.

Frame repair - We are the only frame shop in the metro to service both normal and oversized vehicles. We perform frame straightening, fabrication and sectional or full frame replacement.

Fleet Service We service many businesses by maintaining and repairing their company vehicles. Our skilled technicians and large facility allow us to provide priority service and accurate repairs to get their vehicles repaired quickly and accurately.

Automobile Service Company is a Napa Autocare Center which links us to hundreds of repair facilities across the United states and allows us to offer a Peace of Mind 12 Month/12,000 Mile Nationwide warranty on parts and labor.

Automobile Service Company is located just west of Minneapolis in Saint Louis Park. We are 2 blocks west of Highway 100 and 1 block north 36th Street behind Hoigaard Village Condominiums and apartments (previous Hoigaards location).
