Birch Haven Resort offers modern housekeeping cabins and RV sites for weekly or shorter stays at reasonable rates. Located on peaceful, 2300 acre Gull Lake, just 15 miles northeast of Bemidji, Minnesota, we offer high quality fishing for walleye, pan fish, northern pike and bass. It is considered one of the "best kept secrets" of the Northwoods.

The resort sits on 15 acres of mixed hardwoods and pines and is within minutes of State and National Forest areas which offer unlimited opportunities for birding, hunting, hiking, biking.

We have great Walleye, Northern Pike and Panfish right here on Gull Lake, and we're centrally located amongst some of the hottest Fishing lakes in Minnesota.

"This was our 9th summer up at Birch Haven Resort; our family awaits this week all year long. Our 3 boys just love coming up to Minnesota every summer! Well, this past year, I finally caught this big one. I seem to always out fish my husband, but we won't remind him of that! Our last day, last hour of fishing and I knew this one was the largest fish I ever had on a line. It was so fun landing him! It ended up being the largest fish for the week from the resort.
