Many of our online shipments are gifts of Walleye for family, Smoked Salmon for friends or Specialty Gift Packages for our business associates. Our Hot Smoked Boneless Salmon Fillets are produced from premium trimmed Ocean raised Atlantic salmon and are fully cooked ready to eat. They are absolutely free of antibiotics and growth hormones. Each fillet weighs approximately 1 lb.

Our mission is to bring foodservice quality seafood direct to the consumer. As we like to say "all fish are not created equal", and the same holds true for shrimp, crab, lobster, scallops and vitually every other seafood item.
