Chesley, Kroon, Harvey & Carpenter is a law firm with one hundred years' experience among us to help you with your legal problems. Some cases are handled on a contingency (a percentage of what we get for you) basis. Some cases are handled on a hourly basis. We explain our fee arrangement either prior to your first conference with us or during our first meeting with you. No fee is charged without a clear explanation ahead of time that a fee will be charged and what it will be.

Many of our clients have never needed a lawyer before and have never had to deal with the legal system in their lives. Our first job is to find out from you what your problem is. Next we analyze your situation to find out what the options are for solving your problem. We then explain to you what the law can - or sometimes cannot - do and what your choices are. Finally, we work hard to get the best solution possible for you under the law.
