fostering hope and recovery for those affected by mental illness
Mental Health Resources partners with clients to increase their self-reliance, reduce dependence on hospitals and other forms of institutional treatment, and to enhance clients' abilities to live full lives in the community.
MHR provides an array of services including: Assertive Community Treatment (ACT), case management (TCM), counseling and psychotherapy, medication education and monitoring, living skills education, parenting skills training, supportive housing (SHP), vocational support, psycho-social rehabilitation (CSP), and family education about mental illnesses.
In addition, MHR operates a Housing Choice Voucher program through which we administer HUD vouchers and other housing subsidies for individuals with disabilities.
