Security State Bank now offers a secure and convenient way for you to destroy documents that contain personal and confidential information. Simply bring the papers, credit cards, check blanks, etc. to the main lobby and place them in the secured box. We will ensure that they are shredded and recycled. Please call or ask an employee if you have a question or concern.

Under the program, through December 31, 2010, all non-interest-bearing transaction accounts are fully guaranteed by the FDIC for the entire amount in the account. Coverage under the Transaction Account Guarantee Program is in addition to and separate from the coverage available under the FDICs general deposit insurance rules.
