My practice is divided into two parts: Office (Non trial) and Court Room (Trial of contested matters).

Office Work: This consists of providing legal advice and document preparation to clients. Examples of when these services are of importance are any time you have a question about a legal matter or need a document drawn up. They include times when you are buying or selling real estate, have nursing home and medical assistance questions, or need estate planning or advice concerning insurance issues.
Trial Practice: This includes representing clients in disputed cases within my areas' of expertise. I am uniquely qualified as a certified trial specialist, this is a designation not all attorneys have earned.
