Horseback riding is great outdoor fun and a rewarding lifetime sport as well. We are committed to giving you a fun and safe horse experience. Our horses and ponies are well trained ... and our staff is, too!
If you don’t see what you want, talk to us about your needs ... ... if it can be done with horses, we can do it.
Our stable is located in the heartland of Minnesota, in the beautiful 1600 acre Bunker Hills Regional Park. Here we have swaying grasslands, oak savannahs, and pine forests. From atop your horse or from the back of the hay wagon, see if you can spot any of the wildlife here - perhaps a white tail deer, pheasant, turkey ... maybe even a rabbit, owl, hawk, or sandhill crane! We also have a wide variety of songbirds - you may hear them serenading you on your ride.
The Fine Print: Reservations are necessary for all activities and deposits may be required. Certain riding activities may have restrictions. We are open year 'round, but hours will vary for certain activities as the seasons change.
Not sure what to give the horse lover

Bunker Park Stable has been evaluated and is certified by the Minnesota Horse Council. A certified stable has concern for the care of the horse, and keeping their facility up to the Certified Stable Program standard. We are proud of our facilities, and are constantly seeking ways to improve. Criteria evaluated to achieve certification include: condition of animals on premises, condition of shelter facilities, fire safety, feed and forage selection and maintenance, and the condition of paddocks and pastures. You may find more information on the MN Horse Council Web site.
