With master licensed electricians, plumbers and certified HVAC technicians on staff, we can diagnose and repair any problem, install new services and fixtures, and perform preventative maintenance on your equipment. Over 98 percent of our general maintenance and HVAC contracts are renewed each year.
Electrical: We provide installation and repair of fixtures, time clocks, light bulbs, outlets, switches, and dimmers in addition to preventative services, infrared scans, and retrofits for energy savings. Well provide you with rebate information and work through the process with you. Need more power to your building? We will size your new service and complete the installation.
General Maintenance: You name it, we do it. Some of our most common services include locksmith, door and window repairs, caulking, drywall, painting, ceiling tile and ceramic tile, carpet cleaning, pressure washing, concrete repairs, steel handrails, and furniture relocation.
HVAC: Our technicians provide monthly, quarterly or bi-annual 20-point inspections, complete with condition reports and recommended repairs and pricing. Our technicians provide daily maintenance of roof top units, unit heaters, and boilers, as well as installation of new equipment.
Permanent Assignment Programs (operational support): Enjoy all the benefits of having a dedicated, skilled technician on-site without any of the staffing headaches. We can supply technicians to your company for any length of time, whether it is 5 hours per week or 40.
Plumbing: Our Master Plumber has the only water conservation lecture accredited by the United States Green Building Council in Minnesota. Our licensed plumbing staff can repair or replace faulty toilets, sinks, and faucets in addition to fixing roof drains, drain lines and water leaks. We also install new water heaters, fixtures and water lines.
