We have 4 office locations: Maplewood, MN; Roseville, MN; Apple Valley, MN and Hastings, MN. Currently, all of our doctors practice at least one day per week in each location.
Oral and maxillofacial surgery requires up to 6 additional years of hospital based surgical and anesthesia training. As oral and maxillofacial surgeons (OMS), Drs. Broude, Jenny, and Downie manage a wide variety of problems relating to the mouth, teeth and facial regions. They practice the full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery with expertise ranging from corrective jaw surgery to wisdom tooth removal. They can also perform a full range of dental implant and bone grafting procedures for patients missing one or more teeth. Our practice can provide replacement teeth immediately in many circumstances through immediate dental implant placement at the time of tooth extraction, immediate implant provisionalization or by utilizing mini dental implants to support restorations. Dr. Michael Downie and Dr. Jason Jenny can provide specialized dental implants procedures such as the All-On-Four dental implants for the full arch, zygoma implants and Teeth in an Hour (i.e. Nobel Guided surgery) from Nobel Biocare. Dr. Downie and Dr. Jenny also welcome 2nd opinion implant consultations from other surgeons or ClearChoice centers. Our doctors also are trained with other dental implant systems, including ITI-Straumann, Keystone, Intra-Lock mini-implants and Zimmer Dental. Many of these advanced dental implant procedures require cone beam CT scanning (ex. I-CAT CBCT scanner) and computer-based CAD/CAM planning, which we provide as well.
