Dr. P. Chris Bierbrauer opened his clinic in downtown Minneapolis with a belief in advanced personalized chiropractic care at an affordable price in contrast to the "mill-style" of many chiropractic clinics. In addition Dr. Chris avoids the prescription of "cookie-cutter" treatment plans that some doctors employ to all patients despite differences in their conditions. At Bierbrauer Chiropractic each and every patient is thoroughly evaluated, diagnosed and treated according to their specific condition. If your problem is something that can be helped by chiropractic, Dr. Chris will discuss all treatment options with you, as well as duration of care, cost and the necessary stretches and/or exercises to keep you "well".

Located in the newly developed Mill City District of downtown Minneapolis, just two blocks south of the renowned Guthrie Theater, Bierbrauer Chiropractic is situated in the first floor, retail portion of the Bridgewater Building. Our space is easily assessable from the street and offers FREE HEATED INDOOR PARKING just steps away.

BEYOND CHIROPRACTIC: A.R.T. (Active Release Techniques)
In addition to traditional chiropractic care, Dr. Chris believes in addressing the soft-tissues of the body (ie: muscles, tendons, ligaments, fascia and nerves). By treating both the joints and the soft-tissues, conditions are resolved faster and, therefore more affordably. It is for this reason that Dr. Bierbrauer is certified in a soft-tissue treatment and management technique called Active Release Technique (ART). ART-Certified practitioners specialize in the treatment of muskuloskeletal injuries caused by repetitive stress or cumulative trauma such as: low back pain, neck pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, shooting pain down arms and/or legs, numbness and/or tingling, tennis elbow, golfer's elbow, tendonitis, rotator cuff (shoulder) injuries, chronic back and neck tightness, chronic headaches and sprain/strain injuries just to name a few.
WHO DO WE TREAT?
Our patients come from all walks of life: secretaries, skiers, gardeners, dancers, newly expectant mothers and newborns, just to name a few. Common ailments range from sore wrists from repetitious computer work, achy knees from bending, stiff backs from heavy or light lifting, sore joints from playing too hard and migraines from stress. We treat those problems and a host of other conditions for which chiropractic care is ideally suited.
