FCDC is licensed by the Minnesota Department of Human Services. This licensing process assures that high standards have been met regarding space, equipment, curriculum, and staff.

FAMILY CHILD DEVELOPMENT CENTER
The Family Child Development Center (FCDC) is a nonprofit early childhood education and childcare center conveniently located in Plymouth, Minnesota. FCDC offers full-time and part-time child care for children ages 6 weeks to 5 years.
FCDC’s unique approach to child care is based on our philosophy that learning is a social experience. We have a strong commitment to meeting each child’s developmental and educational needs. FCDC balances its curriculum between children exploring concepts through self-directed play and teachers introducing academic concepts. FCDC nurtures each child’s creativity and curiosity, helping them to achieve their highest potential.
FCDC works in partnership with families, following the Principles of Family Support. Parent engagement is encouraged and there are multiple ways to become involved in our classrooms and organization.
