Combining the specialties of neurosurgery and physiatry in one clinic, Central Minnesota Neurosciences, Ltd. provides neurosurgical and nonsurgical consultation and treatment through three physician specialists and three mid-level practitioners. We see approximately 3,000 new patients each year and our physicians perform approximately 1,000 surgical procedures annually, the vast majority of which are spine procedures.

In addition to our Sartell clinic site which is located in the Center for Neurosurgery and Spine Building, Central Minnesota Neurosciences also provides services at outreach clinic sites throughout the area including St. Cloud, Brainerd, Willmar and Wadena. Many of our visits in Wadena are done via Telemedicine.

Central Minnesota Neurosciences works with other independent providers of spine care under the auspices of the St. Cloud Spine Center, a non-profit organization whose mission is to provide comprehensive spine services that are convenient for the patient, cost effective and coordinated between disciplines. Patients are contacted by phone prior to admission to obtain medical histories and all necessary records and films. They are then triaged by experienced RN's who make certain that they are seen by the appropriate specialist on the first visit. Demographic and medical information is shared between participating specialists reducing the need for patients to provide information to multiple sources. Baseline testing is done on admission to the Spine Center with routine followup testing at 6, 12, and 24 months so that outcomes data will be available on all patients receiving coordinated care through the Center.
