T.E.A.M., Inc. is an independent employee assistance program (EAP), serving companies and unions throughout Minnesota and across the country. The mission of T.E.A.M. is to maintain the highest quality, comprehensive employee assistance program designed to meet the needs of the organization, their employees/members, and families.

We provide exceptional face-to-face counseling services by highly trained clinicians. We have a physical presence at your worksite whenever needed. We perform a wide variety of onsite seminars and trainings. We have effectively responded to the changing needs of our clients by becoming the only EAP that can provide Third Party Administration (TPA) of your Alcohol and Drug Policy and offer case management services for self-insured organizations. T.E.A.M., Inc. provides real life solutions to the organizations and employees we serve.
