The Husnik family has been in the food business locally since 1928 and has built a reputation on satisfied customers. We take pride in a business that has grown from a small corner grocery store into an expanding food service company now serving thousands of your Minnesota neighbors.

We at Husnik Meat Company, Inc. strive to offer you a complete service. By offering traditional services as well as our Home Food Service we hope to meet all your fresh and frozen food buying needs. Our deer processing has become widely used throughout the metro area and has grown to include: venison, elk, moose and bear. We also have a complete Catering service for your next family reunion, graduation, company picnic, wedding or any event we can help with. We offer both whole roasted pig and our tender round of beef roast.

We carry top quality prime and choice beef, pork, poultry and fish products. All our frozen meats are cry-o-vac sealed to lock in all of the flavors and nutrients normally lost due to freezer burn from plastic or paper wrapped items.

Orders are delivered and loaded into your freezer by our drivers. No need for you to lift a finger except to check off the items against your delivery sheet.

Our hogs are roasted at our facility, then transported to your location ready to serve. They are great for graduations, weddings, etc. We can serve from 50 - 500 people.

Husnik Meat Company, Inc. has been processing wild game for over 40 years. Our processing includes venison, elk, moose and bear.

We carry all your sausage making needs - casing (natural or collegen), spices for smaller batches and any meat needed.
