Tim & Kristi Nelson have operated Tim's Repair Shop, Inc in the Industrial Park in Hastings since June of 2002. We are a family owned business and stand behind all of our work providing you with nationwide warranty coverage on most repairs. Tim and Kristi are both ASE Certified Technicians (Automotive Service Excellence). Tim has been working on cars and trucks since he was very young, he has a real passion and depth of knowledge for many different vehicles that is not commonly found in today's mechanics. Kristi graduated from the Automotive Technology program at DCTC with honor and distinction earning a perfect 4.0 GPA. Before going back to school for automotive technology, Kristi worked as a Mechanic and Electronic Technician in a large manufacturing company for 15 years.

Together we bring a wealth of experience and knowledge to our shop. At Tim's Repair Shop, we strive to bring you the latest in automotive repair and diagnostic troubleshooting using state of the art diagnostic computer scan equipment and continuing education classes. Tim and Kristi will spend more than 100 hours in 2008 and have spent 150 hours in class during 2007. They can continue to bring the latest in automotive information to you and your family.
