We endeavor to create a friendly, non-dogmatic environment at the studio, open to all who wish to learn postures (asana), breathing (pranayama), meditation, the use of sound and the study of the Yoga Sutras. We offer classes, workshops and individual instruction to accommodate each student whatever his/her goal.
