Located in the heart of beautiful Minneapolis, Minnesota, we’re an organization dedicated to the creation of custom tailored suits and shirts. In an atmosphere of a 1901 turn of the century home we ply our trade. Though our local headquarters are relatively small, we have global affiliations with fine tailoring workshops in Toronto, Knoxville, TN, Perth Amboy and Newark, NJ.
Since 1976, a strong service ethic and an imaginative staff of loyal and dedicated tailors, combined with energy and panache, have built Top Shelf into one of the largest sellers of custom clothing in America. We provide three primaryfunctions to our clients: Education, Consultation, and Professional Services.
Besides creating new garments, Top Shelf also takes pride in servicing the existing wardrobes of our clientele. We work on suits made by Brioni, Kiton, Oxford, Hickey Freeman, Canali and others. This is one of the ways we keep in touch with the trends of fashion, and the changing technology of the industry.
