Welcome to Borman & Schulkers, P.L.L.P. We are a boutique law firm practicing primarily in areas of family law, civil litigation, employment law, estate planning, corporate law, entertainment law, and securities fraud. We promote a friendly, cordial and respectful relationship with our clients while at the same time exhibiting tenacity and aggressiveness in representing their interests. Our objective is for each client to achieve the most favorable outcome with the least amount of cost. We encourage settlement between the parties instead of trying every case. When litigation is necessary, we practice in both Wisconsin and Minnesota state and federal courts.
