Eric Thole's law practice began in 1992, practicing in the areas of Real Estate, Divorce and Municipal Law, which included Civil representation and Misdemeanor prosecution for the Cities of Stillwater (1992-1994) and Cottage Grove (1994-1996).
From 1997-2004, Eric worked as an Assistant Washington County Attorney, where he prosecuted Felony cases. Since 2005, Eric has maintained a private practice which includes Criminal and Civil Litigation.
In 2005, Eric opened up his law office after 5 years as a City Attorney and 8 years as a County Prosecutor. Eric's extensive trial experience includes trying nearly every crime in the books and a number of civil cases. Further, Eric's past experience includes a term on the Stillwater City Council (1995-2001) and a term as the President of the Washington County Bar Association (1994-1995).
