Welcome, and thank you for visiting our website. At Crowley Chiropractic, we have a simple and to the point concern. Our goal is to offer the highest quality chiropractic care to everyone who seeks my care. I consider your relationship with me to be proactive, meaning I will correct your spinal subluxations and YOU will evaluate your work, home, diet and exercise to improve your health and optimize your chiropractic care. I say this because ultimately, you heal you!
Through my safe, specific method of adjusting your spinal misalignments, we are able to remove nerve irritation. Removing this irritation allows your nervous symptoms to function properly and your body to heal itself as it was meant to. Working together, correction of your spine will be made in as few planned appointments as necessary.

At our office, we practice the Gonstead Methodology. The Gonstead technique is very specific in which we emphasize the correction of the one vertebra, which creates symptoms such as pain and/or structural deficiency (posture). A subluxation (a bone out of place) predisposes you to injury or symptoms.
The Gonstead Method adjusts only the subluxated segments and being this specific differentiates the Gonstead technique from other chiropractic techniques. Dr. Gonsteads commonly used line is “find it, fix it, and leave it alone”. Therefore, you will find at this office we spend extraordinary time determining the exact location of your problem, finding it and fixing it in as few treatments as necessary to stabilize your condition after which I encourage you to maintain your health and spinal care.

NEW PATIENT WELCOME CENTER
On the day of your appointment, you will be required to complete paperwork. We have provided the forms on the bottom of the page. You can save time by filling them out in advance, if you wish. If you have insurance, please bring your insurance card with you.
Dr. Crowley will discuss your spinal symptoms, as well as your overall health issues. He will perform a brief exam evaluating your range of motion and your ability to do several tests such as leg strength, nerve function via light touch distinction and/or proper hip ability and tenderness. Dr. Crowley will take an x-ray of your spinal area. To see is to know, to not see is to guess. Gonstead doctors won't guess with your health care.
X-rays are taken for several reasons. These include:

Look for the presence of disc degeneration.
Locate potential problem area(s) and how to correct the problem.
To rule out other pathologies (disease).

Dr. Crowley and you will evaluate your x-ray together. He will then proceed with a treatment on your first visit. The doctor will discuss further treatment as well as give you home recommendations for your recovery.

Q: Will my insurance cover chiropractic care?
A: Most insurance companies do cover chiropractic care. There are so many plans and coverage varies widely; therefore you should verify your insurance coverage by calling them directly or checking your insurance handbook. The phone number will be listed on back of your insurance card. If your policy has a co-pay, that amount is due on the date of service.
Q: I don't have insurance.
A: If you haven't any insurance or do not have chiropractic benefits there is still a way for you to receive the care you need. By paying at the time of service, you will discover chiropractic to be extremely affordable and cost-effective. Payment at time of service reduces cost for all parties. Payments can in the form of check, cash, Visa or Mastercard.
We're convinced that a small amount of your time and money to care for your most important asset - your health - will be far less time consuming and expensive than trying to recover it.We encourage you to take your health very seriously. As the old saying goes, if you don't have your health, you don't have anything. Unfortunately, too many people don't discover how true that statement is until it is too late.
