Our kennel is a small family owned facility located in North Central Minnesota. Our 17 acre farm, complete with duck ponds, gives our Golden family plenty of room to run, play work and explore.We are dedicated to the improvement and advancement of the breed. Sound genetics along with proper care and environment are essential for the perfect Golden, whether it be for companionship, hunting or the show ring.

We combine excellent conformation,exceptional good looks along with intelligence and athleticism for the perfect balance.
Our foundation stock has some of the best hip histories available! Each and every dog has 25, 35 OR MORE Championed dogs behind them. What this means to you, our clients, is that a puppy from Nighthawk Kennels will be a top of the line puppy that will LOOK, ACT and PERFORM like exceptionally well-bred dogs do! These dogs have excellent coats and pigmentation. Coat colors range from Ultra-light to the traditional Golden hues. We believe color is nice, but temperament and health are everything! Of course, we offer after sale support for the life of your dog.

All of our puppies are handled from birth until they are placed with their adoptive families. Socialization is critical to a well adjusted puppy, and we never stop exposing them to new sights, sounds and textures.
Dew claws are removed on the 5th day. All vaccinations and de-wormings are kept current until the puppy leaves our home for yours. At around 6 weeks, the puppies receive a signed record of health after a full examination by our Veterinarian. We provide you with a copy of this report. The puppies also come with a 2 year written health guarantee and will be micro-chipped prior to leaving. A copy of the parent's pedigree is also included in our Puppy Packet.

Most of our puppies are sold on a limited registration, but we do have show prospects available to show homes occasionally.
