Welcome! Brian Wojtalewicz has over 3 decades of experience recovering substantial settlements for life and health losses caused by the negligence of others. Brian also has over a decade of experience successfully representing citizens turning in corporations that were committing fraud against the federal and state governments, under the federal False Claims Act (Lincoln's Law). His advocacy has achieved settlements in over 90% of his cases. Brian is an officer of the Minnesota Association of Justice (MAJ), and is an emeritus member of the Board of Governors of the MN Trial Lawyers Assn. He is among 2% of lawyers who are certified as a civil trial specialist by both the MN State Bar Assn. and the Nat'l Board of Trial Advocacy, and 6% of lawyers who were selected as a Leading Atty. and a Super Lawyer in surveys of MN lawyers.
