Romans 12 is strategic because it has a profile that can be applies to anybody- it's for new believers, stuck believers, sideline believers, and even seasoned believers. r12 doesn't require everone to be at the same level spiritually...it dynamically addresses people right where they are with the question, "Are you ready to start moving closer to God today?"
