Since 1992, America's Fitness Center has been serving its members, as well as the work of Jesus Christ. We strive to please God, to follow Jesus Christ, and to serve our communities. We help our members discover healthy bodies, minds, and hearts. As a full-service health club, AFC provides quality programs and services with superior facilities in and around central Minnesota.

Regular exercise improves your health in a number of ways. Regular physical activity reduces the risk of developing high blood pressure and diabetes It also reduces your risk of dying from heart disease. Not only does regular exercise help control weight, it also helps build and maintain healthy bones, joints, and muscles. Many people also experience an increase in psychological well-being.
