To keep up-to-date on current changes in the legal system, all the attorneys at the firm attend legal seminars each year, with many participating in seminars as presenters at the state levels.
News and Announcements
The Minnesota State Bar Association and the Eighth Judicial District recognized ALHS attorney Sarah Klaassen for her outstanding commitment to providing pro bono legal service to the indigent. Chief Judge Paul Nelson made the selection and presented the award at the Twelfth District Bar Meeting on June 4 in Benson.
Sarah has been involved in the CMLS Volunteer Attorney Program since joining Anderson Larson Hanson and Saunders, PLLP. Judy King, Director of Volunteer Attorney Program of Central Minnesota Legal Services noted that, “Sarah is a dedicated advocate (especially in the family law area) who provides legal representation for the disadvantaged in our community.”
Ms. Klaassen is also a member of the Legal Advice Clinic which provides low income persons with advice and limited representation in consumer matters.
