Hello, I'm Bruce Prevost!
I am a Central Minnesota builder located in Annandale, Minnesota and I have dedicated my life to building unique, architecturally designed homes and custom lake homes which reflect my clients' taste, style, and way of life. I believe in making the building process as comfortable and pleasurable for you as possible.

You are the center of our daily activities, as the building processes take place, I will explain each phase of the construction and keep you updated with the schedule of our progress.

I continuously strive to educate myself on Green Building, timber frame construction and energy efficient home design, along with the latest in construction technologies and materials. You can be assured that your home will be as efficient, comfortable and Green as possible. I have also completed training for the MN GreenStar program, which was developed specifically to promote healthy, durable, high performance homes in Minnesota.

As our client, you and the home we create together are my top
