After our initial meeting, you'll receive a written proposal that outlines project goals, objectives, and development costs.

AFTER YOU'VE APPROVED our proposal, the creative process kicks in. Foremost, our goal is to get you the most beautiful, the most functional, rewarding, and stylistically appropriate landscape—the most bang for your buck. Our ideas and recommendations are first recorded by putting hand to paper—sketching as an artist would sketch. This approach keeps the creative juices flowing, facilitates discussion, and saves you a lot of time and money. At his stage, ideas and solutions are kept at the conceptual level.

ONCE THE CONCEPT plan is approved we quickly move to the next stage—everything is entered into a 3D computer program. Plan drawings are to scale, material and plant selctions are identified, square-foot and volume information is forthcoming—all with unerring accuracy and completeness. This process is critical to managing costs and obtaining qualified bids. With carefully prepared specification documents it's easy to compare one bid to another.

CAREFUL PLANNING requires product overages to account for things like damage, rejects, and construction requirements. We always keep extra material for a couple years for matching, but after awhile the stock is sold at deep discounts. Look here for do-it-yourself bargins.
