Northstar Link launches Friday midday service between Minneapolis and St. Cloud
Starting Friday, October 29, a Link bus will make a round trip run between St. Cloud and Minneapolis, with seven available stops along the Northstar Corridor. The Link bus will begin at 10:15 a.m. at the St. Cloud Metro Bus Transit Center and will arrive in downtown Minneapolis at 12:45 p.m., after stopping at St. Cloud State University (SCSU), the Link park and ride along Highway 10 in St. Cloud, Becker and Northstar Commuter Rail stations in Big Lake, Elk River, Anoka and Coon Rapids.
The Link bus will depart downtown Minneapolis at 1 p.m. and stop only as requested at Northstar Commuter Rail park and ride locations and SCSU, returning to St. Cloud Metro Bus Transit Center by 3:30 p.m.
To schedule a northbound ride that starts from a station other than downtown Minneapolis call ahead to 877.LINK.010. Reservations can be made 24 hours in advance and up to 12:30 p.m. on the day of the ride.
