was founded by D. Larry Peart, who began his investigative career in the U.S. Air Force working in the special intelligence field. Peart retired after 20 years of service. P&A was established in 1987 and is now a family run/woman owned business. Many of our customers are surprised by the diversity we offer, and many are unaware of the various specialized operations within our agency. We strive for excellence in both our customer service, as well as the quality of products and work we provide.
