Happy Time Day Care Center provides early childhood education for children from Duluth, Proctor, Hermantown, Esko, Carlton, Cloquet and Superior. Happy Time is located in the heart of Lincoln Park with easy access to anywhere in Duluth & Superior.
The park is a marvelous place for children. It is so beautiful and located only a block away from the center and provides endless opportunities for play, exploring and learning about nature.
There are many places for the children to learn from in the Lincoln Park community and they are all within our walking distance. No other early childhood program has access to so many wonderful experiences.

At Happy Time, we honor the relationship between all members of our community-children, parents, educators and community members-and welcome open dialogue and collaboration to give children a jump start on life.
We chose Happy Time carefully. I read, called, observed and interviewed many preschools. Happy Time was my first choice. Even when we moved, making Happy Time the farthest away preschool, our choice remained firm- LaTina Else, Ph.D. LIcensed Psychologist
