In the market for a new refrigerator or clothes washer? Get the facts (and the extra savings ) from CLP!
If your refrigerator was built before 1993, a new, Energy Star refrigerator could use half as much energy as your old refrigerator.
Energy Star clothes washers, can save up to 7,000 gallons of water a year and $550 in operating costs over the life of the machine.
To get great savings on a new Energy Star appliance, use the enhanced rebate form available at CLP. The enhanced rebate form is valid for purchases between September 1 and October 31, 2010, and must be submitted to CLP by November 15th to qualify. If these conditions are not met, standard rebates can still apply. For instant savings, you can use the coupons located in your September PowerLines Newsletter at Sears in Duluth.
