Since our company was founded in 1982, our team of experts has been providing innovative, affordable health benefits to our clients, most recently under the name America's TPA.

When our founder created HealthEZ's simplified medical statement and payment system in 1997, we knew we had a great new service with a great name. And now – after receiving such positive feedback for such a long time about the way HealthEZ simplifies the medical payment process – we've come to the conclusion that HealthEZ is not just an additional service provided by America's TPA, but rather a completely different approach to the way health benefits are administered.

Now America's TPA is joining with HealthEZ to become the new HealthEZ - the simple solution, from A to Z, for employer health benefits.

As we undergo this transition, you'll see less and less of the name America's TPA, and more and more of the name HealthEZ.
