Since 1944, B. L. DALSIN ROOFING COMPANY has built a solid reputation of reliability, integrity and quality workmanship as a commercial/industrial roofing contractor. We are committed to installing time-proven technology, products and materials, whether its a new installation, a roof replacement or a repair project. We specialize in the installation of flat roof systems and its related custom fabricated sheet metal for commercial, industrial and institutional buildings.

For over sixty-five (65) years we have successfully established and maintained lasting relationships with numerous clients, including Architects, General Contractors, Mechanical Contractors, Roof Consultants, Building Managers, Building Owners and Developers, Property Management Companies, Hotels, Schools, Churches, etc.

From concept to completion, every project receives the proper attention to all details. Unlike other contractors who employ subcontractors or independent contractors, all of our workers are our employees that are local Union members. They receive continuous safety and installation training and are fully covered by our insurance.
