Welcome to Daniels Photography, the Minnesota home of wonderful classical animal portraiture.
We at Daniels Photography specialize in two areas: Pet photography, whether it be dogs or cats with or without their people as well as formal Family and individual Portraiture.
In years past, we have photographed countless numbers of weddings but no longer. Today we use our abilities to photograph people as families, groups or as individuals, people with their animals and their animals only - all with the desire to produce a product that you would desire to hang on your wall with pride and pleasure.
We began photographing the beloved family pet, be it dog or cat, as well as other animals who have become part of your family about 1980. It took a few years to learn our lessons in how to photograph a black animal and how to work as a team with you, the pet owner in getting your pet or pets to stay still just long enough to capture that moment in time when expression and position are just right.
We have researched lighting styles and have evolved into a lighting style used specifically for dogs and cats, which cannot be matched by any high-volume studios. This lighting brings out the very best in the color and detail in your pet’s coat.
We have now photographed over 5500 pets and are constantly learning of better ways to increase the quality of our finished work.
