Ardel Engineering Provides full-service CNC machining, offering our customers the quality and delivery service they can count on. Ardel maximizes use of modern technology and the most precision CNC equipment, giving our customers total control of the materials and processes. Ardel Engineering uses the best machining technology available to provide its customers with production CNC milling, Swiss Machining and inspection. We utilize the latest Haas CNC machining centers, with part and tool inspection built right in. These machines have 360-degree indexing for your fourth axis machining needs. Our CNC turning department has Citizen Swiss screw machines and a Nakamura multi-spindle, multi-turret lathe. Our inspection department has the state-of-the-art Zeiss CNC controlled CMM. This amazing machine will write an inspection program off your electronic 3-D CAD model, and then print a complete inspection report.
Ardel is a customer-exclusive, production-based job shop. We do not have our own product line, and this allows us to place our full attention on your products and projects. The diversity of the products we run on a day-to-day basis keeps us exposed to the most current methods of manufacturing, and it always keeps us thinking outside of the box. Our system promotes complete communication, from delivering a weekly status report of all of your projects, to turning around quotes in a timely manner (usually fewer than 24 hours.)
